H 4184 General Bill, By Alexander
    A Bill to amend Section 38-73-455, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to automobile insurance rates, so as to provide that the objective standards surcharge on an applicant or insured who owned or operated an uninsured vehicle for thirty or more consecutive days during the twelve months preceding the effective date of the coverage is a penalty which the insurer shall forward to the State Treasurer for deposit to the credit of the general fund of the State.
