A Bill to amend Section 14-3-610, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Supreme Court, terms, and notice of time and place of additional terms, and Section 14-8-410, relating to the Court of Appeals and where the Court may sit, so as to require each member of these courts to maintain an office in the county in which he resides, and provide that such an office is not required if the residence of the court member is within thirty-five miles of his respective court.
