    A Concurrent Resolution expressing the congratulations and best wishes of the members of the General Assembly to the people of Saluda County on celebrating its one hundredth anniversary and for its past endeavors and best wishes for a future filled with the same strong spirit that led the early settlers to endure hardship in order to make a home and maintain their freedom in the bountiful land now known as Saluda County.
