    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO NOTIFY SCHOOL DISTRICTS WHEN FEDERAL FUNDING IS AVAILABLE UNDER THE CHILDREN'S INTERNET PROTECTION ACT AND TO REQUIRE SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO APPLY FOR SUCH FUNDING, TO ADOPT INTERNET SAFETY POLICIES, AND TO CERTIFY TO THE DEPARTMENT THAT THEY HAVE COMPLIED WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS JOINT RESOLUTION.
