    A Bill to amend Sections 14-25-15, 14-25-25, and 14-25-115, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to appointment and qualifications of municipal judges and appointment of ministerial recorders, so as to require municipal judges and ministerial recorders appointed after the effective date of this Act to be attorneys at law admitted to practice in this State.
