    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 41-43-255 so as to authorize the South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority to make loans for repairs for up to sixty percent of loan value and to provide that the interest on these loans may not exceed the rate on similar loans made by the United States Small Business Administration.
