    A Bill to amend Section 16-23-490, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to additional punishment for possessing a firearm or knife during the commission of a violent crime, so as to provide for the possession of a metal pipe or pole and a blackjack, increase the penalty for a violation, and provide for the penalty to be mandatory and to run consecutively.
