    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to property tax exemptions, so as to provide that facilities or equipment of industrial plants designed for pollution control resulting from the burning of more than twenty thousand tons a day of Type IV Waste does not qualify as pollution control equipment for purposes of the exemption.
