    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1116, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the marking and identification of nongame fishing devices, so as to revise the requirement for floating markers; and to amend Section 50-13-1180, as amended, relating to trotlines, so as to delete the requirements for trotline hooks used in Lakes Marion and Moultrie and delete the prohibition on stainless steel hooks.
