H 4260 General Bill, By R.S. Corning
    A Bill to amend Section 6-11-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to special purpose or public service districts and the establishment of rates, so as to provide that the rates, rentals, or charges for the use of and the service rendered by every water supply and sewerage district must be established by the Public Service Commission and to authorize the Commission to change or adjust the rates, rentals, or charges from time to time; and to amend Section 58-5-210, relating to the supervision and regulation of rates and service by the Public Service Commission, so as to apply the provisions of this Section to special purpose districts and public service districts which furnish or supply water, sewerage collection, or sewerage disposal.
