    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-47-85 so as to provide that a person meeting all degree requirements for graduation from a foreign medical school except a social service requirement who is otherwise qualified may apply for licensing as a physician in this State if he successfully completes a hospital-based supervised training program prescribed by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
