    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-73-515 so as to provide that insurers issuing a Workers' Compensation Insurance policy shall offer, as a part of the policy or as an optional endorsement to the policy, deductibles optional to the policyholder for benefits payable under Title 42 (Workers' Compensation), and provide for related and incidental matters.
