S 0427 General Bill, By Land
    A Bill to amend Article 5 of Chapter 9, Title 61, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the regulation of the sale of wine by adding Section 61-9-680 so as to require registered producers or the american source of supply of wines to file affirmations certifying that such sellers will not wilfully sell or offer to sell wines in this state at prices higher than in other states, provide exceptions and penalties for violations.
