H 4282 General Bill, By Sharpe and R. Smith
    A Bill to amend Section 44-41-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to legal abortions, so as to delete provisions relating to trimesters and to make it unlawful to perform an abortion if the gestational age of the fetus is twenty-four weeks or more, and to require testing to determine gestational age.
