    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-5045 so as to make it unlawful for a motor vehicle manufacturer to ship, or cause to be shipped, or otherwise distribute for sale or operation a motor vehicle unless it is equipped with a spare tire of a certain size, and to provide a penalty.
