    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-2740, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to suspension of driver's license and motor vehicle registration of a person for failure to pay property taxes when due, so as to provide that, in the event of such suspension, the person whose license and registration are suspended shall not be required to obtain an SR-22 in order to have the license and the registration reinstated.
