    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-13-243 so as to provide that presentations of products or the application of products conducted at cosmetology trade shows in or out of this State of at least one hour in duration must count toward the holder of an individual cosmetologist's license continuing education requirements.
