    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 37-1-120 SO AS TO PROVIDE A ONE-HUNDRED-TWENTY-DAY PERIOD FOR WHICH A RESIDENT OVER SEVENTY MAY TERMINATE HIS CONTRACT WITH A SELLER OF HOME SECURITY SYSTEMS OR HOME MEDICAL DEVICES.
