    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 53-3-120 so as to provide that the month of May each year is designated as "Southern History Month" in South Carolina, and to provide that the Governor shall issue proclamations as he considers appropriate to commemorate "Southern History Month" and to call on State and local agencies, institutions, and entities as well as private citizens to honor and observe "Southern History Month".
