    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 57-3-780 so as to require the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to provide adequate seating for persons who, because of their age or infirmity, cannot stand for long periods of time in offices in which the Department registers and licenses motor vehicles.
