    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME A PORTION OF OCEAN BOULEVARD IN SURFSIDE BEACH FROM 17TH AVENUE NORTH TO MELODY LANE, IN HONOR OF TERRY BENJAMIN COOPER OF HORRY COUNTY, AND INSTALL APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ON OCEAN BOULEVARD CONTAINING THE WORDS "THE TERRY COOPER BOULEVARD", SO THAT AS THE PUBLIC PASSES THEY WILL REMEMBER THE EXEMPLARY SERVICE OF THIS MODEL SOUTH CAROLINIAN.
