H 4349 General Bill, By W.S. McCain
    A Bill to amend Section 34-11-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fraudulent intent in drawing and uttering checks, so as to provide that where the account of the maker or drawer of the draft, check, or other written order was closed before the date of the draft, check, or other written order, a person otherwise entitled to institute prosecution under the provisions of this Section may do so without giving the notice required by this Section.
