"BUBBER" SNOW FOR HIS TIRELESS EFFORTS TO PROMOTE SOUTH CAROLINA'S BEACH MUSIC TRADITION IN SUCH A POSITIVE MANNER WHICH HAS BROUGHT TREMENDOUS CREDIT NOT ONLY TO THE ARTISTS INVOLVED BUT TO THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AS WELL.
