    A Bill to repeal Chapter 11, Title 58, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the regulation of radio common carriers; and to provide that the repeal of this Chapter may not be construed to authorize or provide for the regulation of radio common carriers under any other Chapter of Title 58 or under any other provision of law.
