    A Bill to amend Section 7-15-340, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to persons qualified to vote by absentee ballot, so as to add persons attending sick or physically disabled persons and persons admitted to hospitals as emergency patients on the day of an election or within a four-day period before the election to the application for voting by absentee ballot.
