    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-1-325 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DISPLAY OF THE NATIONAL MOTTO OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE MOTTO OF THIS STATE IN ALL PUBLIC SCHOOL CLASSROOMS, AND PROVIDE THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO DEVELOP A STANDARD, DURABLE POSTER FOR USE IN DISPLAYING THESE MOTTOS.
