H 4409 General Bill, By C.D. Chamblee and Townsend
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-69-225 so as to provide that before a licensed veterinarian may perform veterinary services at a temporary location, he must first enter into a written agreement with a licensed veterinarian practicing at a full service, permanent location within twenty miles to handle any emergencies which may arise in regard to animals treated at the temporary location, to provide certain procedural requirements in regard to the above, and to provide that a veterinarian violating the provisions of this Section may have his license suspended or revoked by the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
