H 4410 General Bill, By L.E. Gentry
    A Bill to amend Section 8-21-765, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to salaries of probate judges, so as to provide that the annual cost of living increase of a probate judge of a county must either be the cost of living increase given to state employees in the previous fiscal year or the increase provided to employees of that county during the current year, whichever is greater.
