    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE BRIDGE LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 178 AND SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 11 IN PICKENS COUNTY THE "WOODROW BEAL 'WOODIE' CHASTAIN BRIDGE" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS AT THIS BRIDGE THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "WOODROW BEAL 'WOODIE' CHASTAIN BRIDGE" AS A LASTING MEMORIAL TO THIS SON OF SOUTH CAROLINA WHO MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE IN DEFENSE OF HIS COUNTRY DURING THE VIETNAM WAR.
