    A Bill to amend Section 11-35-3030, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to bond and security for construction contracts, so as to require performance and payment bonds for all construction management firms who contract with state entities; to amend Section 11-35-3220, relating to construction management procurement procedures, so as to provide that a contract for construction management services contain a maximum amount to be expended for such services.
