H 4424 General Bill, By J.I. Rogers, D.M. Beasley and B.H. Harwell
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 41-43-115 so as to authorize the South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority to issue certain disaster relief revenue bonds for the purpose of making loans available to local governments for relief from the effects of Hurricane Hugo and other natural disasters, and to provide that the South Carolina Insurance Reserve Fund shall purchase a certain amount of revenue bonds of the Authority not issued pursuant to Section 41-43-115 in order to provide monies to the Authority to fund loan programs to business enterprises which suffered damage from Hurricane Hugo.
