    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-35-15 so as to provide that a county or municipality may enact local ordinances regulating the storage, sale, and use of fireworks within in its jurisdiction which are not in conflict with the provisions of state law or the regulations promulgated under it.
