    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-36-2110, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MAXIMUM TAX IMPOSED ON THE SALE OR LEASE OF CERTAIN ITEMS, SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO CUMULATIVELY ADJUST THE THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR MAXIMUM TAX IMPOSED ON THE SALE OR LEASE OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES IN THE MANNER THAT BRACKETS ARE ADJUSTED IN INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION (1)(F).
