A Joint Resolution to transfer the ownership of the ship "Comanche" from the Patriot's Point Development Authority to the South Carolina Department of Wildlife and Marine Resources, to provide that the ship must be sunk to establish an artificial reef, to require an appropriate commemorative device to be attached to the ship, and to require the resulting reef to be designated "Comanche Reef".
