    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-37-253 so as to authorize the governing body of a municipality or county to provide an additional homestead exemption to apply in a manner as the exemption provided in Section 12-37-25 applies and to provide that this exemption does not qualify for reimbursement pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-37-270.
