    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-31-210, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS CONTAINED IN THE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS SELF-DEFENSE ACT OF 1996, SO AS TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF HANDGUN EDUCATIONAL COURSE HOURS A PERSON MUST OBTAIN TO SATISFY THE "PROOF OF TRAINING" REQUIREMENT CONTAINED IN THE ACT.
