A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-41-100 so as to require an abortion clinic to maintain no less than two million dollars of malpractice liability insurance, to comply with State and local building codes requirements, and to require an administrator of an abortion clinic to be either a licensed physician, licensed nurse, registered nurse, or have a college degree from an accredited four-year institution and experience in a health-related field.
