    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 63-9-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS FOR PURPOSES OF ADOPTIONS, SO AS TO DEFINE THE TERM "SIBLINGS"; AND BY ADDING SECTION 63-9-80 SO AS TO PROVIDE A REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION FOR THE PLACEMENT OF SIBLINGS TOGETHER IN THE SAME ADOPTIVE HOME WHEN IT IS IN THE CHILDREN'S BEST INTERESTS AND WHEN POSSIBLE.
