S 0447 General Bill, By M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-13-612 so as to provide that political campaign funds contributed to a candidate for the General Assembly in violation of any law, rule, or regulation governing such contributions must be deposited to the credit of the general fund of the State.
