S 0447 General Bill, By L.E. Richter and Reese
    A Bill to amend Sections 17-25-70, 24-3-25, 24-7-10, 24-7-20, 24-7-30, 24-7-40 and 24-7-50 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, so as to provide that county and municipal governing authorities must utilize able-bodied members of its prison population in work gangs on public works or buildings of the county and municipality.
