    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-852, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to child support proceedings, so as to authorize the Department of Social Services to ask the court to require that health insurance coverage for supported children be maintained by the absent parent if that insurance is available at a reasonable cost to the parent and to provide that the court order the absent parent to cooperate with the custodial parent, the Department, and the Health and Human Services Finance Commission in completing necessary insurance claims documents.
