    A Bill to amend Section 59-39-100, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to high school diplomas and the number of units required for high school diplomas, so as to provide that the board of trustees of a school district may require additional units for diplomas from the high schools in the district above the minimum requirements as provided by this Section.
