A Bill to amend Section 59-20-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements that must be met regarding the level of state contribution to each school district under the provisions of the Education Improvement Act of 1984, so as to require the Department of Education, beginning with the 1990-91 school year, to develop a minimum salary schedule which must include minimum salaries for teachers with zero to thirty years' experience.
