    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-19-65 so as to prohibit the owner or operator of certain coin-operated machines from paying for free games won but not played unless the machine is equipped with a counter or other device for determining the amount of money deposited and number of free games won but not played and provide penalties.
