    A Bill to amend Act 164 of 1993, relating to the 1993-94 State General Appropriations Act, so as to provide that campus incentive program funds used to provide a one-time bonus to classroom teachers shall also be used to provide the same bonus to all school employees; to provide that if there are insufficient campus incentive program funds to pay the bonus provided for by this paragraph, these bonuses shall be paid from the State General Fund, and to make these provisions retroactive to July 1, 1993.
