    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 43-33-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO RIGHTS OF THE BLIND AND DISABLED PERSONS TO USE PUBLIC FACILITIES AND ACCOMMODATIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY TRAINER OF A GUIDE DOG, WHILE TRAINING A GUIDE DOG, HAS THE SAME RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES WITH RESPECT TO ACCESS TO PUBLIC FACILITIES AND ACCOMMODATIONS AS BLIND AND DISABLED PERSONS.
