    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-3350, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS AND DRIVER'S LICENSES THAT CONTAIN A VETERAN DESIGNATION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FROM THE NATIONAL GUARD ARE ELIGIBLE TO OBTAIN A DRIVER'S LICENSE THAT CONTAINS A VETERAN DESIGNATION.
