    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2934 so as to provide that a person under twenty-one years of age who is convicted of violating laws relating to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs must have his driver's license suspended until he reaches age twenty-one.
