H 4533 General Bill, By M.O. Alexander, D. Blackwell, S.G. Manly and J.G. Mattos
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 47-11-515, so as to provide that any auctioneer who sells a horse or mule at auction is responsible to the purchaser for actual damages in the event it is shown and proved that the horse or mule sold by him was stolen.
