    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-37-254 so as to require the governing body of a county and municipality to provide an additional homestead exemption of five thousand dollars beginning with the 1990 tax year and provide for it not to qualify for reimbursement from the General Fund.
